Increase credit card conversions

Objective: Bring personalized credit card offers to TransUnion Credit Monitoring userbase to grow third-party revenue and help consumers find the right card for them based on their credit profile.

Background

Working with a third-party, we had an opportunity to bring in credit card offers to grow revenue each quarter however the business needed our help identifying what type of messaging would resonate with the ideal consumer base as well as what type of offers they’d be most interested in. To do this we conducted several rounds of A/B tests and were able to confidently inform the business which design to move forward with.

This direction help set the foundation for how we design and showcase future offers including how we continue to add in different ones including but not limited to: Personal loans, insurance, mortgages, and savings accounts.
