What it is:

A seamless in‑flow unlock/unfreeze experience that keeps qualified applicants from dropping off when their credit report is locked or frozen. Designed to be embedded directly in a lender’s application flow.

Why it matters

In 20251.4M consumers were blocked from applying due to lock/freeze status, often abandoning altogether. This is lost conversion for lenders and lost access for consumers.

Delinquent Account Resolution

What it is:

A guided disclosure + negotiation flow that captures consumer context (job loss, medical bills, temporary hardship) and equips collectors with empathetic playbooks for resolution.

Why it matters

Avoidance increases balances and charge‑offs. Empathy + structure can reduce churn, improve recovery, and preserve relationships.
