Business challenge: Perrigo associates did not have a consistent destination where they could retain, upload, store, search and/or archive previous promotional content. BECAUSE of this, it was causing delays, confusion, and incorrect submissions in the sales process within third party customers, retailers, and key partners.
What we Made: A responsive site extension to the salesforce backend systems that empowered these associates to make quick and timely promotional decisions across the business.
Creating this promotional playbook would help in a few ways: Ensure that Perrigo associates can execute retail specific promotional activities based on key initiatives and timing. Continue to establish Perrigo as a customer trusted partner that know their business. Cut down the time spent in planning key initiatives. Eliminate back and forth between Perrigo and their customers. Make creative development during the execute phase more streamlined and efficient.
