Unilever took their products to club retailers like Costco and Sam’s Club which brought the need to place Unilever club packs in front of members in order to drive more awareness and purchase across the UNILEVER FOOD portfolio.
Given this challenge, we conducted a full Club-Member Experience Analysis which included understanding the member journey through where they were seeing tactics, how they were performing, how communication was being served up to them, the way visuals were designed to influence interest, and last but not least how usable the platforms was for each user group.
